The Opportunity

The role: We are always on the lookout for the brightest and best to join our Operations Performance consultancy team, with roles at all experience levels.
If you have an excellent academic record, ideally with a top degree in a subject such as Engineering, Science, Business, Finance or Economics, then we want to speak to you! Applicants from other backgrounds with demonstrable experience in a relevant industry role will also be considered.
For experienced hires, we are always interested in meeting consultants from all backgrounds, with experience in management consulting; prior experience in operations, procurement & supply chain and/or working capital is a plus.

How to Apply
Send us your CV and cover letter. If your application is successful we will generally start with a numerical test and a telephone or Skype interview. This will be followed by two rounds of face-to-face interviews with senior managers and partners, as well as competency-based exercises and case studies to assess your approach to problem solving.
