Your Hosts

Thomas Ferguson has over 17 years of experience working in the Food Industry ranging from Foodservice, Education, New Product Development, Design and Account Management. The diversity of  his experience grants a well-rounded understanding of the industry as a whole, allowing him to effectively support a wide range of our Food & Drink partners.

Apostolos Zacharakis is a consultant working within our innovation tax team. Prior to his role at Ayming, he worked as a sensory data analyst, providing insights to market leading FMCG companies across several food sectors not limited to brewing and soft drink companies. He also holds an MSc in Food Technology – Quality assurance from the University of Reading.
